Version 6 brings new enhancements and features to the Snow-Forecast.com app:

 <li>New terrain maps now feature an improved color base layer and contours for better visibility on the mountain.</li>
 <li>Import GPX and KML tracks into terrain maps for free.</li>
 <li>When zoomed in, weather maps now include information on nearby resorts for easy access to snow conditions.</li>
 <li>Share your location using ///what3words.</li>

The Snow-Forecast.com app provides a comprehensive tool for locating optimal snow conditions at various ski resorts:

<ul>
 <li>Access to a database of over 3,100 ski resorts worldwide.</li>
 <li>Easily locate nearby resorts or explore globally through a map interface.</li>
 <li>Compile a list of favorite ski resorts with information panels, synchronized with snowmails if available.</li>
 <li>Utilize topographic maps overlaid with piste/trail maps from Opensnowmap/Opentopomap.</li>
 <li>Interactive weather maps for monitoring conditions.</li>
 <li>Snowfinder suggestions for finding the best conditions nearest to you.</li>
 <li>Receive snow alerts via email or push notifications.</li>
 <li>Updated snow forecasts every four hours, including specific forecasts for different lifts.</li>
 <li>Latest snow reports, live weather updates, and real-time observations.</li>
 <li>View resort webcam images (where applicable) directly from the app.</li>
 <li>Access links to ski & snowboard rental outlets within the resort vicinity.</li>
</ul>

An auto-renewing membership subscription is available as an In-App Purchase, offering additional features:

<ul>
 <li>Caching of topographic maps for offline use.</li>
 <li>Detailed forecasts updated every three hours.</li>
 <li>Extended nine-day long-range forecasts covering snow, wind, temperature, and cloud conditions.</li>
 <li>Receive alerts with sound notifications for important updates.</li>
</ul>

Subscription options include durations of 1 Month, 6 Months, and 12 Months (annual renewal). Subscriptions are managed through your iTunes account settings and renew automatically unless turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Current subscriptions cannot be canceled during an active period.
